Case Studies.

The brief West Sussex County Council approached us to produce a 30 minute training video for their youth workers concerning how to avoid aggression.
The shoot The actors involved in the video production consisted of the youth workers and children that attended the youth club. The shoot took 3 days and was based at the youth centre in Worthing. Four different scenarios on how to avoid aggression where re in acted.
Video Post Production The final DVD was split into 4 different chapters, allowing the end user to select the training program of their choice.		Picture above taken from filming "How to diffuse aggression".

The brief To produce 2 x 45 minute training videos. ProStyles needed the videos to be used as a secondary training tool by hairdressers. The videos and DVD's where purchased by the end user as part of a sell through kit. The purpose of the videos was to train the stylists in the art of attaching and styling hair extensions.
The shoot. The location for the shoot was at ProStyles premises. A large area was utilised for the shoot where we constructed a white cyclorama set.
Video Post Production It took 6 days in all to edit the footage including authoring the project to DVD and providing a glass master of the DVD for duplication purposes. The client was present during the video post production stage.

The brief Panorama Holidays provided us with a brief which included showing the Panorama offices in Brighton then onto 7 of the major hotels they use in Tunisia. In addition to this we were to show facilities available to the clients within the local area. This was to be shown in a dynamic but informative style. We decided to the best way to interpret the brief given to us into a visual medium was to follow the holiday makers from their arrival at Sfax airport then boarding the connecting coach which took them to their hotel.

Video Image Productions sent a video camera crew to Tunisia for a 4 day shoot. During the stay in Tunisia Panoramas Holiday Reps helped our video camera crew to locate the various Hotels and attractions at different resorts.
Video Post Production Once the rushes was in our edit suite , we collated scenes from Tunisian beaches through to traditional Tunisian dancing. Using our broadcast video editing suites the footage was edited plus music and custom made graphics were added. We started out with 9 hours of DVCAM footage which was finally reduced into a ten minute promotional video and promotional DVD.

Video Image Productions were commissioned to film the visit of Prince Charles to the Age Concern centre at Eastbourne. The event was covered using 2 DVCAM cameras and lasted for 45 minutes. Custom composed music was added in the video post production stage.

Post production: Video Image Productions have just completed the final stages of editing for the Television presenter Colin Murnane. Colin bought the semi edited sections to us on Mini DV tape we then loaded them into our video editing suites. Once the clips were on our hard drives we linked them together and cut the video were necessary. The final process was to ensure the video was colour corrected for broadcast. The final video documentary was mastered to DVCAM and DVD. Clip taken from the documentary Song For the Year about the gifted Musician and song writer Pierce Turner.

VIP have recently created a show Reel for the lead singer of the Stranglers, Paul Roberts. The show Reel was shot at Scream Studios in Brighton. We shot the video on High Definition video. During post production the video was processed through Magic Bullet software to create a filmic look.
